I had a mini-split heat pump installed by Carl’s Quality Cooling in an attic bonus room that was poorly cooled and heated. Justin was the first to come out to assess the project and make a recommendation.  He was knowledgeable, thorough and able to answer all of my questions. Kagan and Carl were the installers and I am very happy with their work. They were friendly and efficient, everything was neatly done and they cleaned up well upon completion. I recommend these guys!

Carl’s is simply the best! So informative, kept me in the loop more than any other company has before. Came on time, alerted me along the way. The entire install went so smoothly made me feel lazy watching them work even while I was working. Our ac has been out for a while and its so nice and quiet without all the extra fans going. The system is running nice and smooth. Cooled the house down very quickly. Could not have had a better install. Carls teams are just extremely sweet, kind and awesome. We are so blessed! Thank you so much to Joseph, Jesse, Carl and all of the install guys.

Carl’s Quality was able to come out same day when the AC went out at our new house. They made repairs quickly and for a reasonable price. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future for any maintenance or repairs. The guys were friendly and there was no pressure to buy additional services.

Wes the technician was very efficient and promptly on time.  We had three units to the Inspect. He did a very thorough job cleaning the exterior units and provided an estimate on some work that needs to be done.  Will definitely be using them in the future for all of my air condition and heating needs.   Thanks and it was very nice to meet you!

This was my first time using Carl’s air-conditioning company for service.  They were very responsive and communicated professionally.  The technician arrived prior to the scheduled time completed the repairs I wanted to have made, and took care of business, as well as I had hoped.  I was very pleased with the work done, and expect to use them again in the future.

Carl's was a lifesaver in this July heat! They scheduled Wes to come out within a few hours and he was great! He diagnosed the problem without even looking at it and had us back and running in minutes. I have used Carl's in the past and they have never failed me. Very professional, thorough, and reasonable company. Our technician, Wes did incredible job getting our AC back on line after power loss from hurricane Beryl.He was very skilled and knowledgeable.He also made us aware of the company's service plan, which we gladly signed up for to keep our heating and cooling systems running in top shape and to avoid costly breakdowns. Highly recommend this company! 5 stars plus!

Carl’s has been great in getting my HVAC back up and running and uncovering and fixing some problems with the original installation.  They are extremely responsive and everyone I’ve dealt with has been very knowledgeable and great at listening and explaining.  Jesse, Isaac, Carl, Jordan, and especially Lauren have all been awesome!

Kagan was awesome. Very straight-forward, comprehensible and professional and we knew what to expect every step of the way. He solved our issue and even went above and beyond and offered to help lift out some of the insulation to help avoid further water damage to our ceiling. We'll definitely be using these guys for future services and I felt compelled to come here and give Kagan his own personal shout out for a well done and much appreciated job.

After having several other incompetent AC techs come out after my AC unit died last Sunday I called this fantabulous company right here and they sent me the two best possible people! We called Carl’s for service after our a/c went out on a Sunday. Kagan was our technician who was able to get our unit back up and running and made sure everything was back to running efficiently. We will definitely use them again!

We had some trouble with one of our units after the storm.  The lady working the phones was so polite, and Issac came first thing this morning.   We were familiar with him from the install.  He is very polite and knowledgeable.   He had our unit working in no time.  Highly  recommend Carl's Quality.
